Jewelry is exchangeable as long as it is NOT custom or it is within the first seven days of receiving the jewelry.
Custom ordered Jewelry is NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Crystals are fragile.  They must be packed and cushioned to be shipped.  They will chip if not packaged properly. 
Please be careful with the shipment of crystal jewelry.  Improperly packaged items, returned broken will NOT be replaced.
